Limitations

Network printers cannot be discovered or used within the Unified Engineering - Browser Access session. This is because Workspaces Applications does not support:

• Network printer discovery

• Domain-joined printer availability

• Printing from browser-based streamed desktops

Additionally, the Workspaces Applications Windows Client is not supported for Unified Engineering - Browser Access.

Workaround: To print documents, users must utilize the application's native export functionality, where available, followed by the File Transfer feature to transfer the files locally for printing on on-premises printers.
