-
Workspaces Applications (formerly Appstream 2.0) sessions are accessed by end-users via the public internet using HTTPS (Port 443). Firewall policies should allow these settings.
-
Minimum screen resolution of 1280x1024 (1920x1080 or above recommended).
Recommended Edge Browser Performance Settings
To ensure your Unified Engineering - Browser Access Session is not inadvertently closed due to Microsoft Edge's tabs feature, we recommend adjusting your tab sleep settings.
To change the settings:
-
Enter the URL edge://settings/system/managePerformance in the Edge browser address field.

-
From the memory section, adjust the Put inactive tabs to sleep setting by either
-
Disabling Automatically put tabs to sleep, or
-
Setting Put Inactive tabs to sleep after a set time to at least 2 hours
-
This ensures that your active work is not interrupted by tabs going to sleep too quickly.
