Accessories menu and S3D CAD link toolbar

The accessories menu that appears after loading a workspace with an attached LFD allows you to access the S3D CAD link tool kit.
The options available on this menu are replicated on the Command Control toolbar:
Command Control launches the AVEVA Point Cloud Manager Command Control toolbar, which offers direct icon access to the functionality listed in the menu above.
