The following features and enhancements were included as part of the 25.5.0 on CONNECT release.

New features and enhancements

• New landing site: Introduced a map-based landing page to enhance navigation across projects.

• Upgrade to v3 of AWS-SDK: Replaced aws-sdk (V2) with @aws-sdk (V3).

• Generate notices file from Black Duck: Included use of Black Duck to generate notices file for Viewer.

• Viewer - Quick Access Options: Improved user experience when setting Viewer options.

• CDO Monitoring Framework sign off: Added P1 alarms and documentation of new/existing alarms.

• Update AWS C++ SDK

• Combine scans and dataset tabs on the Admin page: Added a new tab that combines scans and datasets, helping users switch between them for a more intuitive experience.

• Reduce running costs in staging: Significantly reduced the cost of running staging.

• Ensure ZFC conversion correctly recognizes Super-High: Improved scalability with super-high dataset generation.

Documentation enhancement

As part of our efforts to promote equity and inclusivity at AVEVA, we have updated and modernized the language used in our deliverables to be more accessible. Our documentation is now better in line with AVEVA's current accessibility and inclusive language guidelines.
