Alert Summary pane

The Alert Summary pane provides summary information of the current total alerts. Indicators to the right of the group total represent sub-group alert totals. Select a sub-group total to view the associated sub-category and alert details. The details of the selected alert is displayed in Active Alerts pane.

The Alert Summary pane shows the following alerts:

• Wonderware: Monitors platforms, engines, and device integration objects from the Galaxy repository.

• Heartbeat Missing: Monitors the System Monitor agent and agent install services on agent nodes.

• Computer Health: Monitors hardware attributes such as CPU usage, network traffic, and logical disk read/write timings.

• Wonderware Services: Monitors services related to installed Wonderware products on agent nodes.

• Windows Services: Monitors the status of Windows services running on agent nodes.

• SQL Table Monitoring: Monitors only the MES error log query.

• Wonderware Event Log: Monitors errors, warnings, and custom component-based logs from the Operations Control Logger.

• Windows Event Logs: Monitors the windows event logs.

• Folders and Files: Monitors specified files and folders on agent nodes.
