The Reports area is displayed for AVEVA System Monitor with a AVEVA System Monitor Activated License and the installation of a full SQL Server version that supports SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
If you have acquired a AVEVA System Monitor license and wish to add SSRS reports to your AVEVA System Monitor installation, you must configure SSRS with the default configuration and run SSRS during AVEVA System Monitor installation. This is required for the reports to be deployed to the server.
The Reports area contains the following sub-functional topics:

Monitoring Reports

Alert Reports

Select a report group to see the available reports.

Select a report link to generate and display the report. Some reports will request a Date Range. Supply the date range and then select Show Report (right side of display).
Follow the below steps to provide access to System Monitor report users

Go to the SQL Server Reporting Services web portal (for example: http://<machinename>/reports).

Select Data Sources and then select SystemMonitorReport.

In the Properties page, under Credentials section, select Using the following credentials and provide the user name and password which has at least data reader access to the reports server.

Test the connection and select Apply.
