NextHealthMessageExpected

The heartbeat value, expressed through NextHealthMessageExpected, is updated continuously unless the interface is shut down or in a deadlock situation. As long as the interface is running, the value sent to NextHealthMessageExpected will be the time at which the interface is expected to send the next heartbeat update.
