The Location5 attribute enables and disables exception reporting and determines how to handle multiple events at the same time stamp on a point-by-point basis. The table below lists the recognized settings.

Note: To suppress exception reporting for all PI points, enable the startup parameter /LB or /LBS. If either of the two start-up parameters is specified, Location5 attribute is not reflected. For more information, see the topic Command-line parameters for the PI UFL interface.
