This section specifies the plug-in required to process incoming data. For each type of data source, the PI UFL interface provides a plug-in, in the form of a .dll file.

Specify the plug-in as Plug-in = plugin.dll, using one of the following plug-ins:

  • ASCIIFiles.dll

  • Serial.dll

  • POP3.dll

The PI UFL interface also includes logic for processing files in the format accepted by the PI Batch File Interface.
