Unexpected Error when Authenticating against Azure Active Directory

Issue

AVEVA Work Tasks does not work as expected if TLS 1.2 is not used to communicate or authenticate against Azure Active Directory.

Probable Cause

Microsoft Azure Active Directory does not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.0.

Resolution

You need to enable support for TLS 1.2 in your environment. For more information, refer microsoft documentation on enabling support for TLS 1.2.
