Enterprise Console Authentication

Users, who are a part of the user providers for a repository, can log on to any of the Enterprise Consoles mapped to the repository. For more information about setting up user providers for a repository, see Administrator Guide.

To log on to the Enterprise Console:

1. Select the user provider from which you would like to log on to the repository.

   For example, click Repository User Provider.

   

2. Enter User Name and Password in the Login page. 

   For the default user name and password, contact the technical support team or refer the Get Started Guide in the ISO file of AVEVA Work Tasks.
   To protect from unauthorized access or to restrict security vulnerability, the password is not saved even if the remember password option of the browser used has the option to save passwords automatically. 

3. Click Login.

Note:
- If the Active Directory is selected as Resource Provider and ASTS is also selected, then the authentication is performed by ASTS.
To access the same website from a different machine, you can use the IPv6 address without the scope ID in all the supported browsers.
Example:
- IPv6 with Scope ID = fe80::91fb:becc:2c79:948b%14
- IPv6 without Scope ID = fe80::91fb:becc:2c79:948b
