Licensing

On-premises software licenses included with your Operations Control subscription(s) can be requested using the Global Customer Support Flex Credit Subscription Portal.

This portal allows you to:

• View your Flex credit usage.

• View your Flex agreements for your account.

• Generate requests for licenses.

• Download your licenses for on-premise products.

  Note: You must log in using your AVEVA Global Customer Support login credentials to access the Flex Credit Subscription portal.
