Download a software update

To download a software update

1. From the navigation rail, select Entitlements.

   The Entitlements page displays.

2. Locate the software you want to download the update for.

3. Select Downloads.

   The downloads page displays.

4. Select the Updates tab.

   A list of updates (patches, updates, and service packs) displays with the update name and a release date.

   

   Note: Only the users belonging to the Contributor role can download a software update.

5. Select the update you want to install and select Learn more.

   The product page displays with Update name and tabs for Version notes and Downloads.

   

   • Version notes provides information on the current update.

   • Downloads provides information about the file type, along with a link to download the update and view Readme.

6. Select the Downloads tab, select a file type, and select the download icon.

   The update binary file is downloaded.
