Storage overview

The project storage page provides a detailed breakdown of how your allocated storage is being used across projects and CONNECT folders. For more information on project storage widget, see AVEVA Cloud Storage

To view storage details

1. Locate the Project storage widget on homepage, project backups, or project versions page .

2. Select Details.

   

   The project storage page displays, showing a detailed view of how storage is consumed across your account.

Storage Details page

The project storage details page includes:

• Project storage overview card

• Card(s) for each CONNECT folder within the account that:

  • has at least one project

  • the currently logged-in user has access to

• Project storage widget, see AVEVA Cloud Storage

• and, Admin support

Project storage overview card

This card summarizes storage usage across all CONNECT folders in your account. It includes:

• Title

• Total consumption in GB or MB, along with the percentage used

• Bar chart representing consumption from each CONNECT folder

• Legend that details:

  • Storage per folder (in GB or MB and %)

  • Number of projects in each folder

• Other category for storage used by folders you don't have access to

CONNECT folder card

Each folder card shows:

• CONNECT folder name

• Total storage consumption in GB or MB, and the number of projects in the folder

• 100% horizontal bar chart, with each section representing storage used by individual projects in the folder

• Legend that details:

  • Storage per project (in GB or MB)

  • Number of versions for that project

• Current marker showing which CONNECT folder you are currently signed into
