View product compatibility

To view product compatibility

1. From the navigation rail, select Entitlements.

   The entitlements page displays.

2. Locate the software you want to view the product compatibility for.

3. Select Downloads.

   The downloads page displays.

4. Select the Compatibility tab.

   A list of categories displays.

   

5. Select the category you want to view.

   All the items under the selected category displays.

   

   You can hover over the (i) icon to display a tooltip with notes on the selected item.

   Note: The tooltip icon is visible only for items that have a note. If an item does not have a note, then the tooltip icon will not be visible.
