Delete project

You can delete a project and all its associated backups in Development Studio. Deleting a project removes the project and all its versions permanently.

Important! Only users with the Administrator or Contributor role can delete a project.

To delete a project

1. From the navigation rail, select Project backups.

   The project backup page displays.

2. Locate the project card you want to delete, open the project menu, and select Delete.

   

   The Delete project confirmation dialog displays.

3. Select Delete project.

   

   The project is deleted.

   Important! Deleting a project removes all associated backup versions. You cannot delete a project if any version of the project has an edit session in progress.
