View publish report

You can review the results of your publish operation by downloading and viewing the publish report. The publish report provides a detailed record of all actions performed during the publish process and is useful for verifying success, identifying errors, and auditing changes.
To view the publish report

After publishing your model to Teamwork, navigate to the Project versions page.

In the Status / actions column for the published version, select Download report.
The publish report is downloaded in CSV (tab-separated) format and is best viewed in Excel. The external id is made up of both the Resource id and Datasource id.
To open the report

In Excel, use File > Open to select the downloaded report.

When prompted, choose Text format and set the delimiter to Tab. Select Finish to view the report in columns.
The publish report contains the following columns:

The name of the System Platform asset or area referenced in the publish operation |

Type of the Teamwork item being created |

The Teamwork internal identifier |

Target Name |
The name of the teamwork item that the publish action applies to |

Location |
The public IP address of the user who triggered the publish operation |

Timestamp (UTC) |
The timestamp of the operation on the Teamwork server |
Publish Report

The Publish Report is maintained per version.

It records every transaction for that version’s lifetime, including successes and failures.

Each incremental publish appends its results to the same report.
