ATN2

The ATN2 function returns the angle, in radians, between the positive x-axis and the ray from the origin to the point (y, x), where x and y are the values of the two specified expressions.

Syntax

Single ATN2(x Single, y Single)
Double ATN2(x Double, y Double)

Arguments

• y

  Must be a real number representing the y-axis coordinate.

• x

  Must be a real number representing the x-axis coordinate.
