PI SQL DAS (RTQP Engine) user permissions

Unlike most other AF applications, PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) requires a user to have Read Data permission for attributes not marked as Configuration Item in order to get corresponding data returned in time-series data tables and TVFs.

For Attribute table(s) and Template-specific data model Views based on the Value table(s) template their Value columns are populated based on AF SDK rules, meaning the Read permission is sufficient for attributes marked as Configuration Item.
