PI OLEDB Enterprise support and RTQP Engine deployment changes

In AVEVA PI Server versions 2018 SP3 Patch 5 and 2023, PI OLEDB Enterprise support as well as PI SQL Client support have been removed from the standard installation. Besides the RTQP Engine itself, the PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) setup kit now includes the required server components, called AF SQL Database Extension Scripts and PI OLEDB Enterprise Server Agent.
Similarly to the installation of an AF Server, AF SQL Database Extension Scripts can be installed on the SQL Server machine hosting the AF Server database or from a remote machine.
The PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) as well as the PI OLEDB Enterprise Server Agent can only be installed on the AF Server machine.
