Filter data by time or period

Filter data using the time block or using the available periods configured in Studio. The ShowInFilter property for a period definition controls its visibility in the time and period filters window. By default, the ShowInFilter property is set to true.

To filter by time or period

1. From the time and period filters area of the Events view, select the displayed period/time as shown in the following screenshot.

   

   The time and period filters window appears.

2. On the time and period filters window, select from the given filter options, and then select Apply.

   Note: The period definitions available for selection under Time Block are determined by the PeriodHierarchy property configuration in Studio for the user groups associated with the logged-in user.

   The selected filter appears on the time and period filters section, and the start and end datetime are adjusted accordingly based on the selected filter.
