Shift Logs

Shift logs or operator logs provide a record of the details that an operator observes and captures during a given shift. Shift logs may include the following information:

• Standard record details (ConfirmedBy, ConfirmedDateTime, and Sample Period)

• Field data (Last Modified By, Memo, DateTime)

• Shift (Crew, Issue-Action-Result)

• Safety performance

• Audit history

Shift Log records and details

The records returned for a shift log reporting point are based on the last 7 days, regardless of the number of shifts or daily shift logs, and may include unconfirmed, unclassified, and confirmed records. Fields that are displayed in each of the Shift Log tabs are based on Studio configuration.

Details are populated into the expansion panels within the tabs, depending on the information. Under the Standard and Safety Performance tabs, you can modify some of the record's details.  

If you see a tab with the following symbol, this indicates that one or more mandatory fields need to be filled out.
