You can use the Events module to view and classify an event.
To view an event and classify
-
On the Events pane, select a record from the list.

More information about the selected record is shown on the different tabs next to the Events pane. Each tab is populated with expansion panels, which contain different record details, such as Last Modified By, Capture Location, Created Date Time, and a lot more.
-
On the Standard tab under the Record information, Classification section, classify the record using these events classification fields:
-
Cause location
-
Classification
-
Cause
-
Effect
The drop-down list options for cause and classification fields depend on the selected cause location and are based on rules defined in the relationship matrix. You can delete the currently specified value for the classification fields using the X icon, as shown in the following image, and then you can start typing while the application filters the list based on what you type. From the filtered list, select a value for the field.
Note: A record is considered classified if it contains value for cause location, classification, and cause.
You can also use the provided Quick complete option to classify a record, but in order for it to work correctly, you need to enable and configure it. Use Production Analyst to manage the Quick complete option.
For more information, see Quick Complete.
