AVEVA Unified Operations Center (UOC) is an enterprise visualization solution for creating intelligent operations centers using hybrid on-premises and cloud software. It is designed to drive cross functional collaboration throughout an organization providing enterprise awareness and visibility of the business health related to key business areas and functions.It aims to serve as an Operations Digital Twin and business operations decision support system. It seamlessly integrates Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) Systems with primary goal of achieving a robust decision support for the plant or network operation.

It offers a broad view of process and infrastructure operations with the ability to combine information from many different sources into a single graphical environment for enterprise visualization. Whether your interest is a combination process metrics, maintenance analytics, engineering documentation, financial performance, or anything in between. It is the foundation for real-time operational performance management.

UOC for Water is a single pane solution for the monitoring, control and optimization of water utility systems. It uses templates, graphics and starter applications to collate information across multiple sites and organizational levels and provides real-time and historical metrics as preconfigured dashboards composed of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The dashboards consolidate data related to the health and well-being of related systems with a high degree of granularity. Users can assess their system's actual operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in a truly scalable fashion. Information can be viewed at a global level and users have the ability to quickly drill down to a single process or piece of equipment. It can be configured to connect to most in-house and third-party systems, including asset management and financial systems, to provide an integrated and complete data framework.
