View Maintenance dashboard

To view Maintenance dashboard, do one of the following:

• From the Navigation menu, select Views>Maintenance.

• Select Maintenance from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  The Maintenance dashboard opens.

  

The dashboard consists of the following:

• Information about status of maintenance activity, open work order, pending request, completed task, total equipment and its status.

• Information on Compliance with regulatory standards, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

• Graphical representation of Total percentage of downtime; top 5 downtime reasons by duration and quantity.

• Details about Spare parts inventory with stock availability and consumption.

• Trends for maintenance data for the year.

• Under Actions,

  • Select to view data on Asset Information dashboard.

  • Select to view related data on Predictive Analytics dashboard.

  • Select to view maintenance reports on Reports dashboard.

• Select any of the Asset Id to view related information on the Asset Information management (AIM) screen.
