View Alarms dashboard

To view Alarms dashboard, do one of the following:

• From the Navigation menu or Navigation tab, select WL Corporate>Alarms.

• From the WL Corporate>Overview screen, select Alarms tile.

• Select Alarms from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  The Alarms dashboard opens.

  

Based on the severity of the alarm in the grid, each alarm is categorized into Low, Medium, High, and Critical. These criticality is color coded for easy identification.

The Alarm dashboard consists of the fields:

• Alarm Name

• Source Name

• Source Description

• Network Element Name

• Alarm Type

• Element Type

• Criticality

• Status

• Start Date

• End Date

• Duration Hour

• ACK

• ACK Date

• ACK By

• ACK Comment

• Alarm ID

Use the filter icon to filter data from the respective columns.

Select export icon to export the data into excel sheet.

Acknowledge the Alarm

To acknowledge the alarm:

1. Select the row that is not acknowledge on the grid. The AlarmAcknowledgement dialog appears.

   

2. Select the Ack Comment from the drop down list.

3. Select Acknowledge.
