Launch UOC for Water

UOC for Water provides three individual solutions in both OMI desktop and OMI Web. They are as follows:

• UOC for Water 2.0: Complete integration of Water Loss and Water Simulation as one solution.

• UOC for Water Loss: Separate solution for Water Loss.

• UOC for Water Simulation: Separate solution for Water Simulation.

Launch UOC for Water on desktop

1. From the desktop, launch the InTouch OMI Application Manager.

   The AVEVA OMI Application Manager dialog appears.

   

2. From the list of deployed applications,

   • select UOC_WATER_DEMO to launch UOC for Water version 2.0 application on desktop.

   • select UOC_WL_DEMO to launch UOC for Water Loss application on desktop.

   • select UOC_WS_DEMO to launch UOC for Water Simulation application on desktop.

     Note: Before you start using UOC for Water, hide the Windows taskbar so that you can view the application on the entire screen. For more information, refer to How to use the Taskbar in Windows.

3. Select LAUNCH.

Launch UOC for Water on web

4. Open Chrome browser and enter localhost/omi in search bar.

5. You are prompted to enter your User name and Password to authenticate via AVEVA Identity Manager.

6. Enter valid credentials and select Sign In.

7. After successful login, available applications are displayed.

   

8. From the list of deployed applications,

   • select UOC_Water_WebDemo to launch UOC for Water version 2.0 application on Web.

   • select UOC_WL_WebDemo to launch UOC for Water Loss application on Web.

   • select UOC_WS_WebDemo to launch UOC for Water Simulation application Web.
