View Quality dashboard

To view Quality dashboard, do one of the following:

From the Navigation menu, select Views>Quality.

Select Quality from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
The Quality dashboard opens.

The dashboard consists of the following:
-
Information about Overall quality/customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction, Compliance with regulatory standards, Water Supply interruptions.

Graphical representation of cost of poor quality, top five downtime, top five incident areas and customer complaints.

Hover over the category of Consumer Complaints to view the percentage of complaints received under each category.

Select the BMA from the Top 7 area's rating to view the details about the rating received for that DMA.
