UOC for Water provides a native integration between Water Loss (WL) and Water Simulation (WS) solutions.

Water Simulation: Forecasts the impact of decisions to be made in the network operation and manages the network proactively instead of reactively. Water Simulation provides the following:

• Water Simulation alarms or event notification integration

• What-if scenario integration

• UOC as realtime data source for Water Simulation

Water Loss: Provides early awareness about the abnormal hydraulic performance of the network. Water Loss provides the following:

• Calculated data integration

• Water Loss alarms or event notification integration

• Data drill down integration

• UOC as realtime data source for Water Loss

Architecture

The architecture outlines the integration of EcoStruxure Water Loss (WL) and EcoStruxure Water Simulation (WS) with Unified Operations Center (UOC).

Unified Operations Center comprises several AVEVA software components such as AVEVA System Platform and OMI, AVEVA Work Tasks, AVEVA Reports, AVEVA Teamwork, AVEVA Development Studio, AVEVA Integration Studio, CONNECT data service, and Connect visualization services. These components are combined into a comprehensive enterprise visualization solution.

• AVEVA System Platform is the core product covers interoperability between systems.

• Specific content developed for the integration between systems is included in UOC Content Library and UOC Industry Content (UOC for Water 2.0).
