Unified Operations Center (UOC) for Water allows you to visualize water utilities geographically and through asset based organizational structures in real-time. It provides metrics that can be used by operators, managers and executive teams. Water and Waste Water management system allows you to monitor water systems across multiple regions. The application uses templates, graphics, and starter applications to collate information from multiple regions and presents them in the form of dashboards with graphs, charts, and supporting data. Metrics that are displayed on the dashboards are referred as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
UOC for Water includes a native and out-of-the-box integration of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure (EcoStruxure Water Loss and Water Simulation) which provides combine energy management and automation systems with industrial software. This enhances accelerated digital transformation to build sustainable future. A native and out-of-the-box integration between WS and WL solutions in UOC for Water is an important opportunity in the Water and Wastewater digital transformation journey to coalesce around a resilient and sustainable vision for a strategy for better operational control and governance. This brings end-to-end operational visibility across facilities helping to improve safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
This can be achieved using a unified operations platform that brings together relevant information from an array of specialized systems. An advanced "system of systems" platform that contextualizes the data and presents it as meaningful information using concepts such as situational awareness and artificial intelligence. Schneider Electric’s solution to this need is provided by UOC which is part of Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure architecture.
