Point Attributes

Use the point attributes below to define the PI point configuration for the Interface, including specifically what data to transfer.

This document does not discuss the attributes that configure UniInt or PI Data Archive processing for a PI point. Specifically, UniInt provides exception reporting and the

PI Data Archive or PIBufss provides data compression. Exception reporting and compression are very important aspects of data collection and archiving, which are not discussed in this document.
