The interface is designed to run on the following Microsoft Windows operating systems:

  • Windows 11

  • Windows 10

  • Windows Server 2022

  • Windows Server 2019

  • Windows Server 2016

  • Windows Server 2012R2 with SP1 (32-bit or 64 bit)

    The latest service packs and updates to the operating system are recommended.

    Note: Microsoft .NET Framework is required and must be installed separately before installing the interface. The PI Interface for OPC Alarms and Events installation kit does not include .NET Framework
