OPC server time stamp options

OPC servers send time stamps in one of two ways:

Send the time stamp for the last time that the data value and quality were read from the device. In this case, the time stamp changes even if the value does not.

Send the time stamp of the last change to the data value or quality. In this case, if the data remains the same, the time stamp does not change.
You must set the way time stamps are recorded by configuring the time stamp (ts) parameter using PI ICU.
