These file formats are supported for export:

  • XML (XML)

  • Text (TXT)

  • Comma-Separated Value (CSV)

Click or right-click in the list of messages, and then:

  • To export the entire list of messages displayed, select Export All.

  • To export only selected messages, select Export Selected.
