Query Compendium

The Query Compendium is a guide to PI SQL queries used in PI SQL Commander Lite. It provides sample data and queries so you can learn and test PI SQL Commander Lite without affecting your real data. The Query Compendium is available for each type of connection available in PI SQL Commander Lite:

• PI OLEDB Enterprise

• PI OLEDB Provider

• PI SQL Client

The Query Compendium contains ReadMe files and the queries include instructional notes to help guide you through the compendium. You can use the complete compendium as a self-paced tutorial or use individual parts as a refresher course. This built-in guide allows you to run sample queries against test data to understand common uses for PI SQL Commander Lite.

The PI SQL Client portion includes a detailed data model for PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine).
