Save query results

Query results can be saved in two different ways.

• Save the file into which you paste copied query results.

• Use the Result To File option, to be prompted to save results each time a query is executed. In the Save As dialog box that opens, do the following:

  1. Open or create a new directory for your query results.

     

  2. Click Save to create the file as either a text file or a comma-separated values (CSV) file in the directory of your choice.
