Generate TVFs and function tables for PI OLEDB Enterprise

The Transpose Function Wizard uses attributes that are associated with PI AF element templates or PI AF event frame templates to define the format of metadata. Thus, each transposed Table-Valued Function (TVF) is tightly bound to a template.
