Edit the line properties of an element

You can set the line properties for any element that contains lines, such as:

• Lines and polylines.

• Rectangles, rounded rectangles, and ellipses.

• Curves, closed curves, and polygons.

• Arcs, pies, and chords.

• Text boxes.

You can set the:

• Start and end points for lines, arcs, and H/V lines.

• Line weight, which is the thickness of a line.

• Line pattern, which is the continuity of a line. For example, a continuous line, a dotted line, a dashed line, or a combination.

• Line style, which is the fill style of a line.

• Shape and size of the end points of a line. For more information, see Set line end shape and size.
