The CRIT and PRI in the Label ALMSTA are the only labels set with multiple bits.

The CRIT is set as "0xe0", which is "0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 1110 0000" in binary format.

The PRI is set as "0x1f", which is "0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0001 1111" in binary format.

Since multiple bits are set in the Range of both labels, the rectangles will be merged. Only CRIT and PRI are allowed a label set with multiple bits in the Range.
