In the Projects window, you can select the project you want to work with.
Edit Application Configuration Variables

The AVEVA Unified Engineering - Initial Configuration window is displayed, you can define the locations for Projects, User and Defaults data.

The Dimension Control Designer window is displayed, you can customize and create supports and hangers.

Engineering Administrator |
The AVEVA Engineering Administrator window is displayed, you can manage non-cloud projects.

Resource Editor |
The Resource Editor window is displayed, you can edit and load resource sets.

The Surface Manager window is displayed, you can manipulate Marine surfaces.

A context menu is displayed to open the help pages.

The installed version of the software is displayed. |
Recently opened
The recently opened project tiles are displayed. The area is empty on initial start.
The local project tiles are displayed with the project information.

Project name |
The project name. |
|

Project description |
The project description in the tool tip. |
|
Setup |
The setup information, the User name and the Scope which has been recently used to open the project. |
|

Module |
The Module which has been recently used to open the project. |
|
|
Select |
Selects the project, the AVEVA Unified Engineering - Modules and Setup window is displayed and populated with the selected project information. |
The cloud project tiles are displayed with the project information. Additionally, the cloud project tiles are displayed the cloud project information.

Connect Account |
The connect account in which the project has been created. |
Projects
The projects which you have installed in the AVEVA project folder are displayed.
For example, in C:\Users\Public\Documents\AVEVA\Projects\UE
Or projects which you have setup for the cloud. For more information, see Setup Projects in AVEVA Unified Engineering - Spectrum Administration.
Each project is displayed using a single project tile.
The local project tiles are displayed with the project information.
The cloud project tiles are displayed with the project information.
Search
Type a project name to filter the display with specific projects in the Projects area.
If you type only the starting letters, only the project names containing the letter combination are populated in the project area.
Filter Selection
Filters the projects.

Include Masked Projects |
Select the check box to display masked projects in the Projects area. |
|
Cloud |
Select the check box to display only projects in the Projects area which are uploaded to the cloud. The Spectrum projects showing the cloud sign and the related Spectrum account on the Project Tile. |
|
Local |
Select the check box to display only projects in the Projects area which are stored locally . |
