AVEVA Model Simplification uses an msi install file which is included as part of a the AVEVA Unified Engineering installer package, .
Double-click AVEVAModelSimplificationForUE.msi to display the AVEVA Model Simplification for Unified Engineering Setup Wizard.
Note that the Native Simplification feature is optional:

It allows simplification of extra CAD formats in addition to STEP.

It requires a significant amount of disk space (1Gb).

It is not separately licensed.
