Update Method (CertOperStepLink)

The Update() method updates all columns of the specified certification/operation step link record in the Cert_Oper_Step_Link table.

Parameters
- sessionId
Required. Holds the session ID and thus the user who is making this method call.
- certName
Required. Holds the name of the certification linked to the operation step.
- processId
Required. Holds the ID of the process to which the operation belongs.
- operId
- Required. Holds the ID of the operation to which the step belongs.
- stepNo
Required. Holds the step number linked to the certification.
- certLevel
Required. Holds the certification level.
- lastEditComment
Required. Holds comments that describe why this record is being updated.
- lastEditAt
Required. Holds the date/time when this record was added or last updated, for optimistic concurrency control. If it is specified, the passed value must match the lastEditAt value in the record for the update to succeed.
Output. Holds the date/time value when the record was updated by this called method.
