The DeleteAll() method deletes one or more attribute set records from the Attr_Set table, as specified by the filter parameters. Passing no filter parameters will delete all attribute set records from the table.

Parameters
- sessionId
- Required. Holds the session ID and thus the user who is making this method call.
- rowId
- Optional filter parameter. Holds the row ID of an attribute set record that is being deleted.
