The UpdateSpecific() method updates selected columns of the specified item transfer record in the Item_Transfer table.

Parameters

sessionId

Required. Holds the session ID and thus the user who is making this method call.

transId

Required. Holds the transfer ID.

woId

Optional. Holds the work order ID for the job for which transfer occurred while recording an allocation. If the producing job is changed, the woId parameter specifies the work order ID by which the inventory was produced.

operId

Optional. Holds the ID of the operation for the job. If the producing job is changed, the operId parameter specifies the new operation ID by which the inventory was produced.

seqNo

Optional. Holds the sequence number for the operation. If the producing job is changed, the seqNo parameter specifies the new sequence number by which the inventory was produced.

bomPos

Optional. Holds the BOM position.

toEntId

Optional. Holds the ID of the destination entity.

itemId

Optional. Holds the ID of the item being transferred.

lotNo

Optional. Holds the lot number of the item being transferred.

subLotNo

Optional. Holds the sublot number of the item being transferred.

gradeCd

Optional. Holds the grade code of the material that is being transferred.

statusCd

Optional. Holds the status code of the material being transferred.

qtyTxd

Optional. Holds the quantity of the item being transferred.

uomId

Optional. Holds the ID of the unit of measure for the quantity being transferred.

expiryDate

Optional. Holds the expiry date and time for the item at the destination storage entity in the local time of that entity.

toSpare1

Optional. Holds the contents of the user-defined toSpare1 field.

toSpare2

Optional. Holds the contents of the user-defined toSpare2 field.

toSpare3

Optional. Holds the contents of the user-defined toSpare3 field.

toSpare4

Optional. Holds the contents of the user-defined toSpare4 field.

Optional. Holds the ID of the work order by which inventory was produced.

fromOperId

Optional. Holds the ID of the operation by which inventory was produced.

fromSeqNo

Optional. Holds the sequence number by which inventory was produced.

fromEntId

Optional. Holds the ID of the storage entity from which the transfer is occurring.

fromItemId

Optional. Holds the ID of an item that is transferred from the old location. If null, the itemId is used.

fromLotNo

Optional. Holds a lot number that is transferred from the old location. If null, the lotNo is used.

fromSubLotNo

Optional. Holds a sublot number that is transferred from the old location. If null, the subLotNo is used.

fromGradeCd

Optional. Holds the grade code of a material that is transferred from the old location. If null, the gradeCd is used.

fromStatusCd

Optional. Holds the status code of a material that is transferred from the old location. If null, the statusCd is used.

fromQtyTxd

Optional. Holds the quantity of the item that is transferred from the old location. If null, the qtyTxd is used.

fromUomId

Optional. Holds the ID of the unit of measure for the quantity that is transferred from the old location. If null, the uomId is used.

fromExpiryDate

Optional. Holds the inventory's expiry date and time at the source storage entity in the local time of that entity.

fromSpare1

Optional. Holds the value of Item_Inv.Spare1 prior to the transfer.

fromSpare2

Optional. Holds the value of Item_Inv.Spare2 prior to the transfer.

fromSpare3

Optional. Holds the value of Item_Inv.Spare3 prior to the transfer.

fromSpare4

Optional. Holds the value of Item_Inv.Spare4 prior to the transfer.

fromSpare5

Optional. Holds the value of Item_Inv.Spare5 prior to the transfer.

fromSpare6

Optional. Holds the value of Item_Inv.Spare6 prior to the transfer.

qtyTxdErp

Required. Holds the quantity of the item being transferred that is sent to an ERP system.

goodsReceived

Optional. Holds a flag that, if set to true, specifies that the goods are received from the supplier. The default is false.

goodsShipped

Optional. Holds a flag that, if set to true, specifies that the goods are shipped to the customer. The default is false.

transferListRowId

Optional. Holds the ID of the transfer list record for which this row is a partial or complete fulfillment.

comments

Optional. Holds the explanatory notes for this inventory transfer.

modId

Required. Holds the modification ID assigned the last time this record was added or last updated, for optimistic concurrency control. The passed value must match the record's modId for the record to be updated.

Output. Holds the new modification ID to identify this update of this record.

Remarks

Observe the following input parameter rules:

  • Optional non-DB* parameters: Either enter a new value or leave the existing value unchanged by passing a null.
  • Optional DB* parameters: To clear the existing value and enter an empty value, pass DB*.null (e.g., DBInt.null). To leave the existing value unchanged, pass a null.
