| GetAll | The GetAll() method retrieves one or more item reason group/entity link records from the Item_Reas_Grp_Ent_Link table, as specified by the filter parameters. Passing no filter parameters will retrieve all item reason group/entity link records from the table. |
| GetReasons | The GetReasons() method returns all the possible reason groups and reasons defined for an entity and, optionally, an item class and/or reason type. |
