The Update() method updates all columns of the specified job specification record in the Job_Spec table.

Parameters

sessionId

Required. Holds the session ID and thus the user who is making this method call.

woId

Required. Holds the ID of the work order.

operId

Required. Holds the ID of the operation.

seqNo

Required. Holds the operation sequence number of the job.

stepNo

Required. Holds the number of the step with which the specification is associated. The default is -1, which means the specification is not associated with a step.

specId

Required. Holds the specification ID.

specValue

Required. Holds the planned specification value.

actSpecValue

Required. Holds the actual specification value.

assocFile

Required. Holds the path and file name of the file associated with the specification.

assocFileType

Required. Holds the file type of the file associated with the specification.

comments

Required. Holds the comments or instructions to the operator regarding the specification.

minValue

Required. Holds the minimum acceptable value for the specification. The default is null, which means that no minimum value is defined.

maxValue

Required. Holds the maximum acceptable value for the specification. The default is null, which means that no maximum value is defined.

accessLevel

Required. Holds the security access level for modifying this specification. The default is null, which means no extra security is defined.

lastEditComment

Required. Holds comments that describe why this record is being added.

modId

Required. Holds the modification ID assigned the last time this record was added or last updated, for optimistic concurrency control. The passed value must match the record's modId for the record to be updated.

Output. Holds the new modification ID to identify this update of this record.
