GetAvailable Method (CertOperLink)

The GetAvailable() method retrieves all the appropriate certifications that are not already linked to the specified operation.

Parameters
- sessionId
Optional. Holds the session ID and thus the user who is making this method call.
- processId
Required. Holds the ID of the process to which the operation belongs.
- operId
Required. Holds the ID of the operation.
Return Value
Returns a DataSet that contains records for all the certification that are not linked to the specified operation. The returned records are from the Cert_Type table. If no matching certifications are found, an empty DataSet is returned.
