Start an MES transaction

The Start MES Transaction activity initiates an MES transaction. The transaction ID that is returned is saved to the internally maintained MES Transaction ID XML variable. Using this variable, the transaction ID is then available to use with the Commit MES Transaction and Rollback MES Transaction activities.
