Verify localization of datatypes in workflows

The following Stateless API methods can be used from the MES Connector to verify that the localization of datatypes is being passed correctly from the workflow to the MES database:

• Prod.ItemClass.Add, which adds an item class

• Prod.JobExec.AddProd, which adds production to a job
