Include or exclude an activity from the Transaction

MES XML Command activities can be included or excluded from participation in the transaction.

While an excluded activity will have to be executed to progress to the Commit or Rollback activity, the data results of the activity will not be affected if the transaction is rolled back.

Specify whether the activity is included in or excluded from the transaction

• In the Properties settings of the MES XML Command activity, set Execute command as part of a transaction to Yes or No.
